Emerald Medical Group is part of Central Highlands Healthcare.

Emerald Medical Group is a mixed billing medical practice dedicated to meeting the needs of the local community by providing high quality patient-centred healthcare.

Our comprehensive medical practice is staffed by a team of GPs, nurses and administration support who ensure we provide comprehensive care to those who need it most.

 

Additionally, we provide facilities for visiting specialists and allied health professionals including physiotherapists, psychologists, audiologists, occupational therapists and speech pathologists and dieticians. Emerald Medical Group id dedicated to bringing medical services to the region.

 Medical training is a core aspect of the Emerald Medical Group. We support a number of registrars in our practice each year. The registrars are studying to achieve their specialist qualifications in General Practice and are supported by a experienced senior colleagues. We also provide placements for Interns, Medical and Nursing Students. We believe these educational and professional development opportunities are key to developing our health workforce in rural and remote communities.
